Paolo Giudici, L.P.C.C., L.A.D.A.C.



Managing Partner



Formerly the Behavioral Health Manager at the Penitentiary of New Mexico, Clinical Coordinator for Behavioral Health at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe and Clinical Director of Ayudantes Inc. He holds a fifth degree Black Belt in Aikido and is an instructor at the Aikido Insitute of New Mexico. His area of expertise is in Substance Abuse Sexual and Physical Abuse Sex Offenders treatment Crisis Intervention and Trauma related work. He is formally trained in Gestalt therapy, Bioenergetics, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.



Megan McGuiness, A.P.R.N., P.M.H.N.P.

Megan McGuiness is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions. Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Megan earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of New Mexico. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports each client’s unique needs and goals. With a warm and collaborative approach, Megan helps individuals find stability and improve their overall well-being through thoughtful, personalized treatment.



Michael Giudici, D.C.S., L.C.S.W., C.C.S.S.

Michael Giudici is an independently licensed clinical social worker. The former Deputy Clinical Director of the Santa Fe Recovery Center, Michael, has helped to open 2 rural substance-use disorder treatment programs Four Corners Detox Recovery Center which opened in 2020 and New Mexico Wellness Taos which opened in 2023. Michael has held clinical director roles at various organizations in northern and central New Mexico. Michael is also affiliated, through the psychiatry department, with Christus St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Santa Fe. Michael is specialized as a certified clinical trauma professional and an EMDR level 1 practitioner. Michael is also a designated clinical supervisor and provides clinical supervision to a wide range of behavioral health professionals throughout his affiliated organizations. Michael holds a small individual caseload through Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting.



Eavie Arntzen, B.A., C.C.S.S. Clinical Intern



Triage and Intake Specialist



Eavie is a student of Psychology and Human Services at the University of New Mexico, and is working towards a Master’s Degree in psychotropic-assisted therapy. She also works as a patient coordinator at Blue Sky Ketamine, where she assists in facilitating therapeutic ketamine infusion therapy. Eavie currently provides all triage and intake assessments for Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting and coordinates with counselors to provide client care.

Edwina Claire, M.A., L.M.H.C.

Edwina Claire is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Taos, New Mexico. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with a focus in Consciousness in Action from Southwestern College and New Earth Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She also holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Holistic Counseling from the University of New Mexico. Edwina has worked in substance use recovery centers for over a decade, and she also works with compulsive shopping and compulsive overconsumption of social media. Edwina provides individual counseling services, group counseling and counseling for couples. Edwina is a decluttering coach and works with personal space and image consulting in addition to her work as a counselor. Edwina lives and works in Taos, New Mexico.



Fiona Simon, L.M.S.W.

Using a strengths-based perspective, Fiona helps her clients discover their core resiliency while shining light on their unique gifts and talents. Engaging in Narrative Therapy, she helps her clients write a life story they can feel good about and embrace using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she helps them understand their thought processes and how those affect their behavior utilizing Motivational Interviewing, she helps them make decisions they feel good about. Her toolkit includes helping clients create and maintain boundaries, implement coping strategies, analyze their values, practice mindfulness, and find acceptance, forgiveness and compassion for self and others. Other topics might include self-care, procrastination, and family patterns of behavior. Common challenges her clients face include depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, fear, trauma, abuse, addiction, abandonment, relationship issues, and PTSD. By helping them gain insight into the root of these issues and how they affect their lives, Fiona helps her clients move in a direction that supports and empowers them. Fiona works with English- and Spanish-speaking individuals, couples, and families. She encourages journaling between sessions so the therapeutic process can be ongoing and allow room for personal reflection, introspection, and self-discovery.


Erin Trask, L.M.S.W., C.C.S.S.

Erin is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) based in New Mexico, with a clinical background in substance use recovery and mental health disorders. She utilizes a strength-based perspective, emphasizing resilience and the power of positivity to support clients on their healing journey. Erin incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Her approach is also deeply person-centered, meeting clients where they are in life and fostering a compassionate, collaborative therapeutic relationship.



Kimberly Juarez, B.S.N., R.N.

Kimberly Juarez is a registered nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico. Kimberly is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Intensive Care Nurse with Christus St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Kimberly has worked at various psychiatric treatment programs throughout the state of New Mexico and helps to provide medical services to clients in the High Desert Intensive Outpatient Program. Kimberly also effectively triages and intakes clients when needed.

Nicol Blais, L.P.C.C.



Licensed Contractor



Nicol Blais is an independently licensed professional clinical counselor and received her masters in Art Therapy/Counseling from Southwestern College. Nicol has been trained in a wide variety of therapeutic methodologies including art therapy, Sand Tray therapy, EMDR, ACT, and CBT. She is also trained in Military-focused care. Nicol has worked in outpatient behavioral health focusing on trauma, addiction, anger management issues in both individual and group settings. Nicol currently holds an individual case load at Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting. Nicol is also a Karuna® Reiki Master.



Lily Morrill, M.A., L.P.C.C.

Lily graduated with a Master's degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. She interned at Ralston House in Arvada, CO and at Denver Colorado AIDS Project. Lily has worked in residential treatment focused on behavioral health, trauma and addiction for the past 6 years. In addition, she also works in Equine Therapy and currently holds an individual caseload at Santa Fe Psychotherapy and Consulting. She specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, addiction and trauma work with a focus on somatic healing experiences to improve clinical outcomes. Lily has training in Somatic Experiencing, Body-Mind Centering, Gestalt and the Moving Cycle (Christine Caldwell).



Jesse Baca, M.A., L.P.C.C., L.S.A.A.

Jesse is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He has a Master of Arts Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. Jesse has been practicing as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counselor since 2019. Jesse’s areas of expertise include: mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, stress management and marriage and family counseling. Jesse is certified in the MATRIX Model Addiction Recovery Curriculum. Jesse has experience in working in the corrections, human services, and behavioral health fields. Jesse is currently a Behavioral Health Therapist through El Centro Family Health and holds an individual caseload at Santa Fe Psychotherapy.



Matt Bieber M.Div., L.M.S.W.

Matt supports clients as they identify challenges, name the changes they would like to see in their lives, and then develop clear plans to reach their goals. Matt draws from a wide variety of therapeutic methods, including client-centered therapy, DBT and CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. He holds a Master's in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University, a Master's of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in Philosophy from Princeton University.
